By accessing or using the Armory Arts & Events Center website at parkrapidsarmory.org, or by purchasing any ticket, registration, or rental agreement through our website or directly with our staff, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us The Armory Arts & Events Center is a nonprofit organization located at 203 Park Ave South, Park Rapids, MN 56470. We operate as a community hub for art, music, workshops, events, and venue rental serving Park Rapids and the surrounding Heartland Lakes region.

2. Acceptance of Terms-- By visiting our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for a class or workshop, attending an event, or renting our venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Ticket Return Policy and Accessibility Statement, which are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of This Website--You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not: Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without express written permission from the Armory Arts & Events Center. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any related systems. Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material through the website. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

4. Ticket Purchases -- All ticket purchases made through our website or directly with our staff are subject to our Ticket Return Policy, which is available on our website. By completing a ticket purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable refund terms for your ticket type, which are summarized as follows: Concerts & Live Music Events: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Classes & Workshops: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Art Bites Events: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, due to catering requirements. The Armory Arts & Events Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund.

5. Event Conduct  -- All guests attending events at the Armory Arts & Events Center are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. The Armory reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their care. The Armory Arts & Events Center is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Venue Rental -- Parties who rent the Armory Arts & Events Center for private events agree to the following: The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their event. Any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by the renter or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the renter. The Armory Arts & Events Center must be left in clean condition following the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Alcohol service is subject to applicable Minnesota state laws and any additional requirements set forth by the Armory at the time of booking. The Armory Arts & Events Center reserves the right to cancel a rental agreement in the event of a breach of these terms, with appropriate notice provided. Specific rental terms, pricing, and conditions will be outlined in a separate rental agreement provided at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property -- All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, event listings, blog posts, and video — is the property of the Armory Arts & Events Center or its respective content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Armory Arts & Events Center. Personal, noncommercial use of website content is permitted provided that proper attribution is given.

8. Third-Party Links -- Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. The Armory Arts & Events Center does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket, registration, or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties -- This website and all content, services, and information provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Armory Arts & Events Center does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Governing Law -- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hubbard County, Minnesota.
