Thank you for supporting the Armory Arts & Events Center. Because we offer a variety of ticketed experiences — from live concerts to hands-on classes — our return and refund policy varies depending on the type of ticket purchased. Please review the applicable policy below before completing your purchase.

Concerts & Live Music Events --All concert and live music ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. We invest significantly in our performers and production well in advance of each show, and ticket revenue is essential to making live music possible in our community. We encourage you to review event details carefully before purchasing. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Armory, ticket holders will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

 

Classes & Workshops --Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your class or workshop. We understand that plans change. To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the class or workshop start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to manage instructor scheduling and studio preparation appropriately. Art Bites Events --Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled Art Bites event. Because Art Bites events include catering, we must confirm guest counts with our catering team in advance. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the event start time.

General Notes -- All refund requests must be made directly through the Armory Arts & Events Center — not through any third-party ticketing platform. Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise noted on the event listing. The Armory Arts & Events Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered a full refund.
